Senior Resource Executive

Job description / Role

• Executive Search/Head hunting
• Market mapping/Talent mapping/Heat mapping
• In depth interviewing with candidates including a variety of tried and tested and innovative techniques:
- Fact finding/Needs analysis
- Competency questioning
- Commitment questioning
- Negotiating
- Candidate control and management
• Interview preparation, consultation on interviewing Techniques
• Interview management including administration, logistics and arrangements to match the client/stakeholder and candidate requirements
• Client interview consultation
• CV consultation and formatting
• Client management/Feedback
• Referencing and background checks
• Writing job descriptions in a clear and concise copy with attractive connotative language
• Exceptional excel, word and PowerPoint skills

Salary:
AED 10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years GCC experience in the construction/engineering sectors.
• Immediately available.
• AED - 10K per month (Depending on experience)
• Must have experience working in Dubai with a Recruitment Agency company before or Current.
• Must have experience working for oil and gas or construction industry.
