Job description / Role
As the Senior Risk Manager you are overall responsible for developing the Company's risk management framework and its implementation and monitoring.

The Senior Risk Manager will have the following responsibilities:
* Leading the development and implementation of company-wide risk management (identification, assessment, evaluation, reporting, governance, controls, audits) framework through policies, processes and procedures.
* Work with all lines of business and specialist functions to ensure a consistent and integrated approach is applied across company to all risk matters, by instilling risk disciplines and ensuring maintenance of governance framework, standards and practices.
* As part of operational risk, you are responsible for identifying, measuring, controlling and monitoring the company's operation risk areas.
* Gather risk and control data in order to produce detailed, accurate and meaningful reporting for inclusion in materials for committees.

Requirements
* Risk Management experience preferably within fin/tech business operations including auditing, attained through a minimum of 10 years experience with a focus on company-wide risk and regulatory requirements.
* Professional membership of recognised industry body such as IIA and/or IRM, CIA or CRMA
