Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Partner with Sales / Business Development team to close deals and achieve sales goals.
- Identifies business opportunities by researching, identifying prospects, and analysing sales leads.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Supports the salesforce and lead the technical aspect of the selling process including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
- Increase the sale of product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients.
- Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Working with the business development team to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral is kept up to date.
- Provide high-quality sales support and develop cost-effective, resilient, innovative, and reliable based on the most appropriate and latest technologies to win proposals and/or tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction for the services rendered.
- Keep up to date on the latest technologies and products in the market.
- Work closely with sales team and be the go-to internal technical resource for the team.
- Proactively engage the customers primarily for all pre-sales technical matters.
- Use your in-depth product knowledge and technical skills to suggest and potentially develop product solutions for prospects.
- Act with urgency and precision to give users best-in-class pre-sales support.
- Propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales objectives.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HVAC/MEP Sales / Project Sales in Abu Dhabi.
- Good knowledge and experience of HVAC/MEP products.
- Industry Experience: HVAC / MEP.
- Team player who has the discipline to work along and meet pre-defined deadlines.
- Ability to achieve results in a demanding and challenging environment.
- Target driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to communicate and present.
- Time Management.
- Strong business acumen – entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong networking and relationship building.
- Negotiation and selling skills.
