Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Perform estimate and close business on all leads assigned
Prospect for new customers
Follow up and attempt to close all pending customers
Monitor competition and follow current developments
Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
Motivate sales team to achieve great results
Provide excellence in customer service including product information and appropriate follow-up
Support the Store Manager in maintaining the standards of presentation and product care
Foster and support a collaborative and open environment
Self-directed and able to work independently
Ensure all safety and security rules are followed
Special duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

Knowledge of basic computer software
Interpersonal communication
Verbal and written skills
Familiarity with CRM programs
Ability to gather and interpret data
Organizational and analytical skills
Multitasking
