Employment: Full Time

NTS Group is exclusively working with a leading global company to recruit a Senior Sales Leader (VP Level) in Dubai. This position will report directly to the Regional President. The Senior Sales Leader is responsible to implement and execute their division's growth and expansion strategy across the region. They are also responsible for building a team to monitor, analyze and deliver actions to achieve business plans.

Responsibilities
- Define, implement & execute division's growth and expansion strategy.
- Train and develop team to service, sell and merchandise to customers.
- Plan and report country business results, opportunities and actions.
- Identify and report market trends and business implications.
- Identify new business and drive penetration with existing customers.
- Oversee new customer proposals and contract negotiations.

Requirements

- Requires you to travel extensively.
- Develop long-term strategic market plans in geographic expansion, sales, growth and profitability.
- Organization structure.
- Building teams internally.
- Building, maintaining and developing new and existing customers whilst identifying and driving new business.
