Reporting to: Sales Director
Other interactions: Food Service Distributors
Duration: Permanent Position
Probation: 6 Months
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 8am to 5pm

Objectives:
- To drive the sales growth of all Metro products in UAE, Oman and Egypt, particularly within the Food service and Healthcare storage and handling products sectors through our existing distributor network whilst adding new distribution channels where possible.
- Working within Food service you will be specifying consultants and Ministry of Health officials to achieve product specification at an early stage in the project process.
Main responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets
- Manage Margin targets
- Achieving Product Specification
- Managing Expense Budget
Other Benefits: Housing Allowance, Transportation Allowance and Medical Insurance
Gross monthly base salary: TBC

Requirements
- University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Management or similar
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5-8 years in a successful sales manager role with the food service or health sector
- Gender Preference: Male
- Current Location: GCC
- Language Fluency: English Essential Arabic preferred
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Selling, Good Influencer and Negotiator, must be able to Develop Business and close deals
