Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-known flavours / ingredients company, under FMCG industry, who is currently looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join their dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Senior Sales Manager within this consumer business in Dubai will include:

* Selecting suitable products within your department.
* Coaching, inspiring Sales Team in sales and service skills to maximize their potential and maintain highest level of customer service.
* Building and nurturing old and new relationships with clients.
* Continual progression of sales strategies to enhance performance by keeping a lookout to the market trends and analysing competitors' strategies.
* Leading, overseeing, and managing the sales presentation and sales process.

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Senior Sales Manager)

* Must have a Food Technology Qualification.
* Strong background and knowledge of FMCG flavours / ingredients sector and experience in the beverage industry
* Proven track record of sales and account management.
* Must already have an established manufacturing connection in KSA.
* Understands the dynamics of the industry and is knowledgeable about key trends in the market.
* Strong negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Passionate and driven individual.
