Job description / Role
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
• Facilitating and leading main agile events, to ensure regular progress (sprint planning, retro, daily and Demo), as well as backlog sizing and planning.
• Ensure setting the definition of Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for each feature along
with Product Owner and Scrum Team, as well as the definition of done (DoD).
• Avoid/Remove impediments preventing development progress.
• Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so the team can continually make forward progress.
• Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
• Handling and facilitating communications and reporting.
• Coaching the team, within the Scrum principles, in order to deliver high-quality features for its product.

Requirements
• Previous experience in Software development whether frontend or backend.
• Experience working in Software development house, at least 5+ years.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master, at least 3-5 years.
• Excellent communication skills, knows how to maintain relationships within different mentalities.
• Self-starter and hands-on type of persons.
• Team player, transparent and can handle pressure.
• Preferably a bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Technology Communication, Software Engineering or similar.
• An Agile certificate is not a must, but would be an advantage. E.g. Scrum Master
• Certificate (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP), or Product Management Certificate (CSPO, PSPO,...etc).
