Senior SEO Specialist

Role Purpose

The Senior SEO Specialist is responsible for developing marketing communications and strategies across divisions and brands by researching, suggesting, and implementing SEO recommendations. He/she is responsible for optimizing paid media campaigns and increasing profitability by driving SEO

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword discovery by researching new terminology in the corresponding markets, and then optimizing them.
- Research, suggest, and help implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor activity by monitoring advertising links
- Develop and implement link-building strategy Work with the development team on newly developed code, to ensure SEO practices are properly implemented.
- Work with the editorial and the marketing teams on in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes when it comes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors, in order to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- 5 years of experience in digital agency or brand managing SEO for a multi category website
- Proficiency in MS office, SEO Tools like SEM rush, Search Console, Google Analytics, etc
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
