Senior Soft Services Coordinator

Job description / Role

To manage the soft service delivery of the contract, meeting SLA’s and KPI’s and provide adequate reporting

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:-
• Help to ensure that the following details are kept updated and accurate by supporting the HR/Administration Teams as required
• Contract designation, accommodation transfers, transport requirements, time & attendance, ID cards, health cards and medicals
• Ensuring all records relating to Disciplinary Action and incident reports are collated and referenced
• Ensuring all records relating to leave applications, absenteeism reports and resignations are updated accordingly
• Ensure procurement of all departmental requirements: uniform / office stationary / site equipment etc work as departmental liaison officer to procurement hence manage stocks and assets purchased and issuane with respect to acceptable delivery timeframes and maintain acceptable records for the same
• Assisting and supporting the smooth operation of all internal administration systems and procedures
• Manage consumable ordering to ensure just in time inventory management , within budget and delivered in time
• Highlight any issues and assist in rectifying them within a specified time period liaising with management.
• Ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times
• Ensure teamwork within individual teams
• Ensure all KPI;s and SLA’s are met
• Meets all requests within the agreed time scale

Requirements

Skills-Technical
• BICS trained

Skills-Hard
• Basic Computer Skills

Extra Pre-Requisites
• BICS certified
• Graduate (12+3)
• Languages (English & Hindi)
• Problem solving & decision making
• Interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/PC skills
• Good verbal communication skills
