DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a Team of 10 developers
- Implement product roadmap
- Control testing to ensure high quality
- Work with operations team to get bugs resolved quickly
- Work with operations team to get technical customer service tickets handled quickly
- Hire and interview additional developers when needed to join the team
- Get software produced quickly and to a high standard
