Job description / Role
Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional who can drive the business growth. The company is based in the IT industry and is a software and hardware solutions provider.
To be successful in this role you must have prior experience with Software & Web Development.
• Market IT Outsourcing Services.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve set target.
• Plan & execute new demand generation & brand awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with pre-sales team to successfully bid and win new contracts.
• Negotiate contract extensions and win sole source contracts.
• Create aggressive sales call plans to acquire new clients.
• Motivate, lead and direct cross-functional support teams in fulfillment of customer. requirements and achievement of sales objectives.
• Manage end-to-end operations & strategy for the respective accounts.
• Generate new leads through strong prospecting practice.
• Responsible for further expansion plans.
• Preparation and presentation of Business MIS reports to the management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will have experience selling:
• Web and mobile application development orders
• Fixed rate on-site/off-site IT-staffing (staff augmentation) orders
• Web and Graphic design services orders
