Job description / Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Sales Manager with experience in sales and business development of software and other technologies to real estate developers, engineering consultants and governments. Eligible candidates must demonstrate proven track records of accomplishments and achievements in generating sales and revenues. Main responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Signing up high value clients for to use the company's in-house developed software
- Generating revenues as per approved targets
- Demonstrating the software and its USPs to clients
- Responding to leads generated through promotional activities
- Updating CRM with all BD activities
- Providing valuable feedback and enhancements to the technical team
The job holder will be rewarded through combination of fixed monthly salary and very highly rewarding incentive scheme on achievement of each and every successful sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in business development and sales of which at least 5 years in software sales to governmental and high value clients in the UAE and the GCC
- Ability to demonstrate past track records in achievement multimillion sales preferably in software and other technologies related sales to target customer base
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited university
- Very strong negotiations and communications skills
- Preference with those in experience in Tendering and procurement fields
