Job description / Role
Job Description:
- Supports the HR Manager on essential internal management activities and collaborate in the establishment, staffing, and management of all Museum departments
- Ensures that the performance of various tasks and the conduct of the Museum staff are in accordance with the policies and procedures
- Provides performance management, career development guidance, and development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for his/her direct reports, and ensure the development of all employees
- Prepares and submits to the HR Manager, an annual HR operational budget; manages effectively within this budget, and reports accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
- Ensures the continued financial viability and operational units through sound fiscal management
- Motivates and has lead teams in small and large organizations - Expert
- Manages and develops HRIS and ER strategies - Expert
- Manages HRIS projects to completion - Expert
- Manages employee rewards activities - Expert
- Manages internal relationships and builds team working - Expert
- Motivates and shows teaching skills - Expert
- Fluency in English, with Arabic an added advantage - Proficient
Requirements
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
- Certificate from CIPD or SHRM for HR Practitioner
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wide HR functions (UAE)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wide HR functions (EXPAT)
