Job description / Role
• Lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and transfer of items as per company policy
• Follow-up overall inventory management
• Take physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report
• Receive materials and prepared MRR Bin card, SIV issue, and reporting of stock
• Ensure development and management of materials planning functions, create item specific forecasts over a lead-time to be used for effective and efficient inventory management
• Ensure indents are raised and proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items
• Responsible for storekeeping, documentation, and record-keeping
• Forward required documentation to corporate or unit purchase depending on the nature of the item to be procured
• Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis
• Input production data according to purchase order in a computerized inventory system
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
• Experience in electronics is advantage
• Must have experience in FIFO (First In - First Out)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• Knowledge in various types of commercial activities such as inducting procurement, export-import, banking and L/C
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
