Job description / Role
We are looking for a Senior Store Manager for the flagship store of an International Kids wear brand in Dubai.
The job involves managing a team of 10-12 people and be responsible for all day to day operation of the store, achieving set targets, creating satisfied customers and manage inventory, reduce shrinkage and oversee visual merchandising, retail marketing and store cleanliness.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be female with 5-8 years of experience out of which atleast 2 years as a store manager of a large store and handling minimum of 8-10 people. Should have either current or previous stint with Kids wear. Preference would be for candidates from Western /CIS countries.
