Senior Strategy Consultant

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a large Government entity based in the UAE

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible to conduct detailed market and financial feasibility studies for potential real estate and hotel assets. You will oversee the development of projects from identification and analysis of the opportunity to operator search and selection. You will support and guide in the analysis and development of hotel and real estate investments. You will be responsible for setting organizational KPIs by analyzing the past and projected trends. You will formulate Capital Investment support strategies. You will build investor database and update investor promotional materials. You will collaborate with other departments to communicate project plans and updates.

Requirements

To be successful, you should have 5 years of experience in business strategy and analysis, market research and market trend studies in the Real Estate and Hospitality Industry. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration.
