Job description / Role
To supervise all operational activities in stations, ensure their compliance with polices and procedures and ensure smooth operation during shift, through effective coordination with operators and investor.
• Develop and implement modifications and improvements, recommending specifications, inspecting operators work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Supervise the refueling of boats.
• Monitor and supervise the readiness of boats (Abra), Water bus and water taxi and their compliance to all the safety and operating standers such as the number of passengers and tariffs, etc.
• Compile required and special reports on operating functions.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Higher diploma in Business Administration from recognized university.
• 2 to 4 years of working experience
• High analytical thinking
• Flexible team player
• Innovative problem solver
