We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Sustainability Associate to join our award winning team based within the Abu Dhabi Office.

Requirements

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
• Providing sustainability design advice and guidance to enhance energy, water, material efficiency and occupant comfort.
• Writing reports and presentations to communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Supporting Senior Sustainability Manager in comprehensively briefing design teams (internally and externally) and Clients.
• Preparing cover letters, document transmittals, as required with proper referencing and keep records as per KEO PMI procedures.
• Participating in bid writing and CSR
• Coordinating with Senior SUS Manager (Operations) and Executive Director for fee strategy.
• Responsible for filing all critical bid documents in share file, including emails.
• Responsibility for collating bid data to CBD and PMI BD heads as required, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Coordinating with HRI and corporate finance of distance workers and sub-consultant invoices

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 - 10 years with at least 5 years direct sustainability career experience with a Bachelors/Masters in Sustainability or related area of expertise.

Professional qualifications GSAS CGP, Estidama PQP OR LEED AP and CEEQUAL will be viewed favorably.
