Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To be actively involved in decision making by the Line Manager for team activity, Road Show and sales acquisition planning.
• To ensure time discipline with respect to reporting time, cut-off time for submissions for self and the team are adhered at all times.
• Conduct team discussion to collect feedback on the business activity done on the previous day and scheduled sourcing for the current day.
• To assist the BDM/ASM in achieving sales targets for the team (SO/RO/SRO)
• To ensure all members of the team are compliant with dress code at all times.
• To conduct first cursory check for the application submitted by the team appointed to him.
• To conduct field visit with new joiners as a part of on field training.
• Acts as a first point of contact for his team on queries related to product & policy.
• Promote Simplylife & ADCB products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to all customers.
• Proactively participate in banks product campaigns, promotions and projects
• Encourage team to actively participate in focused product campaigns & contest set by the bank at various time.
• Consistently illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day to day conduct.
• Ensure that all service levels and agreements are being met consistently without fail.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationship/connections internally and externally
• Ensure adherence to cut-off times and deadlines
• Perform occasional duties assigned.
• Develop self on existing procedures and guidelines based on Product & Process training delivered.
• Participate in the “In House” training programmes and workshops conducted by BDM/RM/ASM/SM or Sales Head
• Attend HR training courses nominated by line management.
• Attend product training. Presentations and road show events.
• Ensure that bank policies and guidelines are consistently & strictly followed.
• Comply with committed turnaround times and laid down procedures.
• Perform adequate care and diligence in day to day conduct to protest Bank form financial and non financial loss.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in the Credit Card/Personal Loan/Retail banking division of a leading bank or Financial Institutions or other sales related field.
• A minimum of 1 year Team handling Experience.
