Job description / Role
Providing Company employees with an overall travel support;
Booking air tickets, hotel rooms, arranging airport transfers in accord with a Company Travel Policy;
Managing the relationships with internal and external Customers to ensure they satisfied with the services provided;
Checking the ticketed data, raise over collections where required;
Collaborating with the travel services providers to ensure the best quality of services;
Coordinating the work of travel implants to ensure the services are provided in time and in accord with a request;
Preparing reports.
Requirements
Higher education;
5 years of hands-on experience in ticketing;
Excellent knowledge of any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo);
Experience in airfare construction;
Location: UAE, Dubai. Candidates are supposed to be located in Dubai in order to apply for this position.
