Job description / Role
* Coordination between service team & customers on daily basis
* Keeping track of engineers activities
* Assigning, monitoring service jobs
* Preparing AMC quotes
* Follow up with customers on service/AMC quotes
* Coordination between various departments within GSC for service work
* Updating service files & service records
Requirements
Qualification:
* University Graduate
Experience:
* Candidate should have experience of sales or service coordination, preferably from similar industry.
* Candidate should have good communication skills, experience of customer interaction.
