Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Functions:
- Work with Marketing Teams to design and build new Managed Security services with achievable SLA’s.
- Responsible for Audit, Reporting KPIs and SLAs for Delivery, Operations and Platform.
- Responsible for Resources and Skills availability. Also, responsible for Certifications on Quality Standards Like ISO.
- Capacity management, Vendor Payments and Licenses Management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement new QA ideas and concepts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reviews and advises on the development of policies, procedures, guidelines, standards and operating practices in respect of Cloud network/ service quality.
- Study existing infrastructure and identify potential gaps.
- Collect historic data for analytic and reporting to propose recommendations.
- Skilled with reporting and trend analysis of deployed resources. Reviews the issues/ concerns about availability, resources and performance of deployed resources of Cloud projects.
- Document best practices & methodologies.
- Responsible for Audit, Reporting KPIs and SLAs for Delivery, Operations and Platform.
- Responsible for Resources and Skills availability. Also, responsible for Certifications on Quality Standards Like ISO.
- Managing Capacity of the platform with respect to the business demand.
- Managing/Coordinating for DC Infrastructure and 3rd party Infra providers for the same.
- Performing quality checks and administer the facilities.
- Participates and assists onboarding managers in the preparation of project plans.
- Coordinates as required with other Engineering sections, contractors and consultants and follows up as required.
- Understand RCA analytics to avoid future incidents.
- Risk Analysis and suggest improvement by developing mitigation plans.
- Process consolidation and optimization, develop new or enhance existing processes to boost section efficiency.
- Able to resolve of complex issues/ concerns with minimal supervision.
- Participate in Engineering-Cloud related policies & procedures developments.
- Provides feedback to higher management and highlight variance in standard practices.

Requirements

- Engineering or technical degree with additional education in Security Architecture for complex environments, Security deployments or platforms.
- ITIL V3, PMP, Six Sigma,CISM
- 5+ years field experience
