Shop Manager

Job description / Role

Be a support to the Store Manager for effective Store management and, in case of him/her absence, standing in for him/her in line with company policies and values and in compliance with the defined procedures and standards

Key Accountabilities

- Guarantee constant contribution in order to achieve the Store profitability and performance targets (P Plus, UPT, Average Ticket, Convertion rate, hourly productivity)
- Guarantee, in the absence of the Store Manager, the constant supervision of the management and transfer of receipts in the respect of procedures
- Guarantee the execution of the activities required for proper stock management, when the Store Manager is absent or on his/her request
- Guarantee compliance with the Store Manager’s indications for the animation of the Team, during the Store Manager’s absence
- Guarantee the quality of the supervision of implementation and respect of procedures, during the Store Manager’s absence
- Guarantee quality standards in terms of image (layout, merchandising and proper keeping of the Store)
- Guarantee the respect of company quality standards of Customer Care
- Adopt and disseminate the company values

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

- Give the example as the first salesperson of the Store
- Working side by side with the Store Manager during the implementation of commercial activities
