Position Title: Showroom Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well established company that sells various architectural products like ceramics, tiles, mosaics, cultured stoned, specialized kitchen sanitaryware fittings & accessories

Job Role:
- Greet and welcome clients and guests in the showroom, offering beverages if required
- Coordinate with the sales team by making quotations, filing important documents, follow ups and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist and manage in the preparation and organizing of samples and stocks
- Responsible for making and tracking inventory of stationary and pantry supplies for the showroom
- He will coordinate with the warehouse and project office staffs regarding stocks and quotation references and logistic team for the items delivery

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Filipino nationals
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years work experience in the same role
- Sales experience and exposure is a must
- Experience in sanitary wares, mosaics, porcelain, and ceramic tiles and previous administrative role is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
