Employment: Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Showroom Sales Consultant responsible for overall showroom management by meeting sales and profitability goals and enhance customer satisfaction. The person in this role must deliver an all-round experience that reaches the same level of perfection, reliability and quality as BOSCH Appliances.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly sales targets for the showroom
• Ensure that the customer experience when visiting the showroom is second to none.
• Deal with prospective and existing clients in person in the showroom and via the telephone one.
• Directly responsible for the development and growth of showroom sales.
• Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by exceeding customer’s expectations.
• Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
• Recommend new product line and business areas to grow the business.
• Maintain product display and POS in the showroom.
• Ensure that the showrooms is up to the mark in terms of product mix, visual merchandising, design and outlook.
• Take customer information and feedback and maintain a database.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company, reading new product features, new technology and latest product line.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree/College Diploma
• Additional Qualification: Certificate in Sales
• Years of Experience: 5+ years’ retail sales experience. UAE experience preferred.
