Prestigious Design studio in Dubai have an enviable portfolio of world class projects, design and under construction status. Exciting times for this growing boutique operation!
Landmark projects ranging from super structure towers, hotels, mixed use, institutional and cultural buildings across the region, this business are proving to be a force to be reckoned with.
For a number of projects they are looking to attract talented Site Architects who will work in a wider team, reporting into Senior Site Architect and or Resident engineers.
Responsible for reviewing construction drawings, liaising with on site engineers, and interfacing with the construction companies and reviewing on site progress, these individuals will be using their extensive technical and on site construction knowledge to ensure that the projects are delivered on budget and within deadline.
Requirements
• With 5-10 years post graduation of a degree in Architecture, most recent experience must be in Dubai/UAE/Middle East - 3 years minimum, and MUST have worked for well regarded Design Consultancies as opposed to Contractors.
• Experience on tower and hotel projects is required, having seen major structures/ shell and core projects from beginning to completion of construction.
• Expert knowledge of Dubai Building regulations and Codes, expert construction knowledge with the ability to articulate well to external consultants/contractors and even Client reps.
• Excellent communication skills and team orientated hard working ethics required.
