This is a great opportunity to join KEO in the role of Site Architect and be part of the Project Management team on a large scale villas project in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following:

• Experience working on a large prestigious villas project, including successful project completion and hand-over.

• An understanding of effective technical submittal reviews to identify possible issues.

• Preferably some prior experience working with at least one local GCC government authority to ensure all design submittals comply with regulations.

• Prior experience conducting on-site observations and compliance checks on previously reviewed design work.

You will require an Architectural or Architectural Engineering Degree. Appropriate Institutional affiliations would be advantageous.
