Site Contract Administrator - Oil and Gas

Job description / Role

Client is a leading construction company who specialise in oil and gas and marine projects. They are currently looking to recruit an experience site contract administrator/engineer to work offshore in the UAE.

The role will involve;
• Ensure the timely issuing of required notices and correspondence as defined under the contract.
• The prompt support, preparation and settlement of contractual issues including variations, claims and disputes.
• Collect, compile and collate the required documentation in support of variation, claims and disputes

Requirements

• Construction related Degree/ Diploma preferably in Quantity Surveying.
• Technical understanding of construction.
• 5 to10 years post graduate experience in Oil & Gas.
• Sound contractual and commercial acumen
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, can adapt communication to suit different audiences.
• Sound understanding of contract law.
• Attention to detail.
• Effectiveness in recording information and collecting documentation.
