Job description / Role
My client is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Site Manager for immediate employment for an airport project in the UAE. My client is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
- Construction contract administration
- Conducts weekly progress meetings
- Prepares weekly progress reports to Owner
- Previews and tracks submittals
- Interprets drawings and specifications to reply to Requests For Information (RFIs)
- Computes and prepares monthly progress payments
- Negotiates and prepares construction change orders
- Coordinates construction with airport operations
- Supervises field office project engineers and construction inspectors
- Coordinates inspections and reviews punch lists for final acceptance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years' of relevant experience
- Previous experience with major airport terminal/concourse construction
- Due to the nature of the role candidates must be in the UAE
