Our newest opportunities are for Site Managers across Civils / Finishes or MEP specialty disciplines to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE on a short-term contract.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Demonstrating knowledge in Civil Engineering techniques, procedures, in relevant international codes, and standards.
- Providing expert execution in all finishing works including Masonry, tiling (Flooring and Dado), Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing, stone cladding (Dry and Wet), False Ceiling, Facade, Structural steel (Fabrication and Erection) works, waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing and its fittings-fixtures, etc. including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters.
- Practicing excellent Coordination with Contractors/Subcontractors for Finishing Activities to carry out technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing activities at all stages.
- Understanding of all specifications/methodology and architectural drawings of finishing activities.
- Executing Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list.
- Coordinating work schedules, reporting, managing all the admin for work on-site as well as attending all weekly/monthly progress meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 10 years' experience partnered with a Bachelor in Engineering or relevant degree.
- Please note priority will be given to candidates with their own visas or the ability to be seconded by their current employer. Candidates who possess contractor experience and can mobilize immediately for a short-term contract will be viewed favorably.
