Job: Social Media Coordinator & Customer Care for a Virtual Reality Entertainment Center in Abu Dhabi
Objectives:
- To manage social media content and implement marketing strategies in coordination with management.
- Must also care for customers onsite and create a hospitable environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Actively managing social media content
- Implementing and developing marketing campaign strategies
- Establish a hospitable customer environment
- Copywriting and creating media content in both Arabic & English using provided templates
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Requirements
- We will require a candidate that is capable of copywriting and creating creative marketing content in both Arabic and English, whilst managing Social Media accounts.
- A background in SEO is a plus.
Candidates must be sociable and able to create a hospitable environment for customers onsite.
