Job description / Role
Guildhall is rapidly expanding its Guildhall VAULT service. As such we need a social media specialist to assist our Digital Marketing Manager to handle day to day operations of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Website).
We are looking for candidates who understand the importance of social media engagement and high levels of customer service. Guildhall VAULT is a membership platform that supports cost savings and career enhancement so we are ideally looking for someone with some exposure to either membership platforms or HR services.
Requirements
In order to be selected for an interview, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with social media management
- Fluent in English
- Experience with customer service
- Comfortable with technology (IOS, Android, Facebook, Instagram, Office etc)
- Able to work in a fast-paced targeted environment
