Job Description:

• Oversee and manage ongoing day to day operational needs of the growth marketing organization, including brand permissions, development and implementation of procedures that streamline inbound support needed to bring the brand to life.
• Support development and implementation of our client's Brand strategy and marketing plans, including their Family of Apps, to inspire internal and external applications of brand ID
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders for brand application by building relationships to foster a collaborative feedback loop for all our client's (and Family of Apps) Brand work.
• Provide guidance and approvals on inbound brand requests to ensure consistency of growth strategy and creative execution globally.
• Participate in the development process of new user acquisition elements.
• Analyze growth intake data to identify trends and provide detailed recommendations to the broader brand team in support of brand guidance improvements.
• Identify and understand brand gaps and opportunities through building strong relationships and participating in meetings.
• Manage brand support communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve tools and training to up-level Company Brand guidance across the organization.
• Help support and program manage critical Company Brand projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program management or growth
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience collaborating with cross functional partners and colleagues at all management levels
• Experience planning, prioritizing and executing on multiple projects simultaneously
