Employment: Full Time

- Create engaging and high-quality digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and graphics.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitors' performance.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Stay abreast of changes in social media platforms' algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and distribution.
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across various digital platforms.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and photographers to ensure visual assets are aligned with content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all content.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create and promote content.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
