Job description / Role
Objectives: The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap through content development and community management.
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting various research and analyses plans that shall include industry research, competitors identification and ongoing social media trends
- Generating an effective content marketing strategy through repurposing and story telling
- Working closely and liaising with the design team on content development that includes but not limited to content calendars, blogs, ebooks, infographics and GIFs
- Creating basic visuals using Photoshop, Gifly or other image creating tools
- Establishing solid content development, community management strategies and conveying engagement effective engagement techniques
- Developing creative ideas and measuring it's performance through conveying monthly performance reports
- Taking part and engaging in events live coverage
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising or any related fields of study
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in social media or digital marketing
Specialist knowledge:
- Solid knowledge and understanding of social media management tools
- SEO knowledge
- Customer oriented personality with reliable communication skills
- Strong understanding of brands/products
- Exceptional analytical, copy writing and story telling skills
Language Fluency:
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English is a MUST
