We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team in the influencer industry in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and reach our target audience
- Create engaging and innovative content for social media platforms.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Work closely with influencers and content creators to develop partnerships and collaborations that align with our brand and target audience
- Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and authentic brand presence on social media

Requirements

- Proven years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role in the influencer or digital marketing industry
- Can see and identify the potential in a person for growth.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our audience
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and compelling content
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and a continuous learning mindset to adapt to the evolving digital landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
