Job description / Role
Our Client; a Leading Audio Visual System Integrator Specialised in High-End Residential and Commercial in UAE and the region; is looking for a solution specialist to join their team in Dubai.
The Solution Specialist will be Responsible for all retail sales and showroom demonstration. His focus is primarily walk-in clients and those who may be interested in smaller less complex systems.
Job Responsibilities:
• Arrange a documented program of visits to all potential customers and assist in making opportunities
• Develop and update his/her knowledge about competitors’ products and discuss with colleagues how best to promote and sell products and services.
• Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate products to them, as well as describing the purposes for which they may be used.
• Provide feedback on the marketing of new or established products and market intelligence.
• Carry out formal presentation of products with training aids available, attend and assist in promotional exhibitions and road shows.
• Maintain relations with existing clients and identify new clients in order to grow the business.
• Be aware of competitive products and pricing in order to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve the Sales Target
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury goods or electronics sales
• BA/Bsc in Engineering preferred
• Presentable and good communicator
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Passion for music, movies and technology is a plus
