Solutions Architect

Job description / Role

Our Client - a large IT company in the UAE requires a Solution Architect.

- Provide technical support/advice on the development of proposals, bids and solution selling.
- Provide technical advice to Sales and give technical direction, guidance and higher level technical support to team members.
- Support Professional Services and Project Management teams and contracts in developing project plans, negotiating and drafting scope of work and contract documents.
- Develop winning proposals for customer requirements/, working closely with the Sales Managers/Account Managers, Product marketing and vendor partners.
- Communicate with respective stakeholders to understand customer’s history, competitive environment, planned strategy, tactics and other related activities.
- Identify current and future opportunities for cross and up-selling and proposes them to Sales.

Requirements

- Very Strong Communications - Verbal and Written - due to the client facing element
- 8-10 years Experience in with Managed Services & ITSM Experience
- Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises\complex solutions
- Strong Organisational skills
- Analytical thinking and strong problem solving ability
- Strong knowledge and subject matter expert on some of the following; Managed Services,Security, Networking, Infrastructure, Data Centers.
