Sous Chef

Job description / Role

Our client is a well-known hotel brand and we are on the look-out for a sous chef to join their multi-cultural team and add to their growing innovation!

You should already be working at a sous chef level, looking to learn and grow with the company. As the Sous Chef we would expect you to be able to effectively manage BOH Operation in line with the companies SOP's and have a good understanding of government food safety procedures.

We would expect you to have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of finance and budgeting.

Requirements

You should have experience in a casual fast paced casual dining concept and be based in the UAE.
