About the Client:
A well-known French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
Requirements
Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED, depending on the experience and qualifications plus company shared accommodation, transportation and duty meals
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualifications:
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, 5* hotels, preferably from high end casual restaurants
• French cuisine experience is a must
• Must have sample portfolio
• Should be fully vaccinated
