Sous Chef - F&B Terminal Outlets

Job description / Role

The Sous Chef will be in charge with:
• Planning and monitoring of the daily operations
• Coordinating with Production and F&B Team across all the outlets, Lounges, and Hotel.
• Ensure compliance to quality standards
• Close communication with Production team to ensure 100% service delivery

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Insurances, Ticket and Meals provided by the company

Requirements

• Must have more than 5 years and up as Sous Chef
• Must handled several F&B outlets
• Must have a strong leadership skills and can manage a diverse team
• Must be active, energetic and ensure he/she is on top of everything
• Must be willing to work in Sharjah International Airport
