Job description / Role
What you will do
You will work with our most strategic customers and partners in the wider Sovereign Cloud ecosystem to ensure that the right cloud services are in place to enable clients' cloud adoption. In addition, you will ensure the optimal utilisation of existing cloud infrastructure by positioning the services needed to achieve rapid and sustained consumption and growth. You will primarily focus on:
- Leading customer and partner engagements on private cloud opportunities and coordinating support from different internal stakeholders
- Ensuring that customers have the right expertise in Oracle Dedicated Region, OCI and Oracle SaaS, and optimal engagement with Oracle Support, Cloud Operations and Product Engineering
- Liaising between applications and infrastructure teams on proposed value propositions and requirements
- Coordinating internal processes (technical, commercial) for approvals and realisation
Requirements
- Ensuring the development of a robust private cloud onboarding plan aiming at optimising the utilisation of infrastructure deployments
- Working in tandem with the sales and business development teams for the onboarding of clients on private cloud deployments
- Supporting cross LoB services sales teams as a Sovereign Cloud services advisor in exploratory customer engagements
