Job description / Role
NTS Group are working with a leading spa/wellness/beauty client who are actively recruiting a Spa Manager, to be based at one or more of their leading spa’s in Dubai.
The role will focus on managing all Spa services, products, treatment menus and facilities. You will focus on providing positive leadership to all service professionals within the department and have a full understanding of Spa Operation standards and implement policies and procedures to generate sales revenues. You will focus on providing neat, legible payroll records in a timely manner, Increasing revenue base and maximize revenue in both service and retail sales (based on targets given), comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department, manage supplies and equipment inventories within budget, understand the impact of department's operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives, improve stock variance and ensure daily sales are accurate. Furthermore, you will fully understand the Spa operations standards and implement policies and procedures to generate sales revenues, Up-sell services/treatments and products for the Spa to guests, & members, Attend all required meeting and training sessions, Ensure effective management of the booking system, Maintain and manage data base, records and logs of the spa as per the SOP’s and Maintain the stock level and inventory.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty (or equivalent) and have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will have excellent, extensive experience in the spa industry, with strong planning, customer service, organizational and analytical skills, the ability to motivate others through leadership and creativity, be a self starter, able to work independently and have great time management skills. Spa management or retail management experience is essential for this role.
