About the Job
- Manage corporate performance management systems, key performance indicators, balanced scorecard systems, corporate-level benchmarking activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that the Performance Management process is followed while reporting the performance indicators and measures for each of the groups and divisions.

Performance Management
- Assist in the scorecard cascading exercise to develop the balance scorecard and KPIs for groups and divisions to ensure strategic alignment and direction.
- Digitalize/automate the performance reporting of group and divisions performance scorecard and oversee the process till its complete and that the automated reporting is made by respective groups and divisions on a monthly basis with the ability to generate reports.

Report Development
- Assist in the development and delivery of corporate performance presentations, story boards, as needed business presentations etc. tailored for specific audiences like Board Advisory Committee (BAC) and Board Meetings, executive management of ADNOC Distribution, ADNOC HQ teams etc. and enhancing on the quality of produced presentation by identifying areas of improvement , conducting root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions as well as identify areas of strength to capitalize on.
- Be part of the process of ensuring the integrity, accuracy and validity of operational data received from end users pertaining to the corporate Performance contract, ADNOC instructions and management directives.
- Lead the development of timely, accurate and complete progress reports in order to update the management on development and consolidation of individual functional and subsidiary performance scorecard.

Communication and Relationship Management
- Communicate analysis and reports on corporate performance to variety of audiences through both written and verbal communication.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across ADNOC Distribution and beyond (e.g. Finance and strategy teams)
- Provide ad-hoc corporate performance management related support to other teams within ADNOC Distribution, as required

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Business Administration and relevant fields
- MBA in Strategy, Finance or any other relevant discipline
- 8 years of experience across various functions in Oil and Gas Retailer including Strategy, Corporate Planning, Retail etc.
- Experience of developing strategic plans for service-based industry.
- In depth knowledge of ADNOC Distribution's business objectives, operations and of the regional laws and regulations
- Strategic thinking
