A premium healthcare facility in UAE is seeking applications from experienced Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeons- specializing in providing treatment for ACL/PCL injuries
Job Description:
As an Orthopedic Specialist Surgeon specializing in ACL and PCL injuries you will play a pivotal role in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injuries
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide specialized care to patients with ACL and PCL injuries, providing surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
• Conduct thorough examinations, review medical histories, and order diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose ACL and PCL injuries.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that consider the severity of the injury, patient's lifestyle, and overall health.
• Perform advanced ACL and PCL surgical procedures, utilizing the latest techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ACL and PCL treatment modalities and surgical techniques.
• Participate in medical conferences, case presentations, and contribute to research initiatives related to ACL and PCL injuries.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Subspecialty fellowship training or extensive experience in treating ACL and PCL injuries.
• Proficiency in ACL and PCL surgical techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• UAE License (preferably MOH) under the category of Specialist Orthopaedic Surgery
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
