You'll warmly welcome guests, provide helpful information, you'll play a key part in providing excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.<br><br>Responsibilities <br><br><br> - Warmly Welcome Guests: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the F&B outlet.<br> - Manage Seating: Efficiently manage the seating chart to facilitate table rotation and optimize dining space usage.<br> - Provide Wait Times: Offer accurate wait times to guests and diligently monitor waiting lists.<br> - Assist Guests: Address guest inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our menu, specials, and promotions.<br> - Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Proactively address any concerns or special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.<br> - Collaborate with Team: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate and ensure a seamless dining experience.<br> - Handle Reservations: Manage reservation inquiries effectively and confirm reservations promptly.<br> - Update Reservation System: Keep our reservation system updated with precise and current information.<br> - Maintain Atmosphere: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.<br><br>Qualifications <br><br>Experience/Certificates/Education <br><br><br> - Previous experience in a similar role internationally or a minimum of 2 years in luxury hotel and high-end restaurant environments.<br> - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.<br> - Friendly and hospitable approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction.<br> - Proficiency in problem-solving and handling guest inquiries with tact.<br> - Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.<br> - Good oral proficiency in English language.<br> - Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.<br> - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br> - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.<br> - Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.<br> - Self-motivated and energetic.<br> - Maintain a clean, tidy and well-groomed appearance consistently.<br><br>Additional Information <br><br>As part of our commitment to your growth and success, we ensure you receive the necessary support, training, and leadership throughout your journey with us.
