Dragon Recruiting has a fantastic opportunity for (position) to work with one of the prestigious healthcare organization in UAE. Dragon Recruiting is an International Recruitment and HR Consultants with two corporate offices in London and Dubai and over 50 representative offices across 8 regions of the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide high quality Speech and Language Therapy clinical services including but not limited to outpatient (OP) and day therapy centre (DTC) assessments, therapy and reports.
• Further establishing and developing the Speech and Language Therapy Service at the clinic Dubai and Abu Dhabi so that it is well resourced and offering an international standard of care.
• Measure and evaluate therapy outcomes and work in the context of evidence based practice.
• To manage a caseload of clients with highly complex needs, using evidence based clinical reasoning to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
• To monitor and evaluate treatment in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of the intervention.
• To provide support and advice to families.
• To demonstrate advanced level skills in group facilitation and the use of creative Therapeutic interventions.
• To communicate written and/or verbal information, which may be highly complex and sensitive, in a skilled and sensitive manner to the young person, their families and/or other involved professionals within the team or externally in accordance to the internal consent, information sharing and confidential policies.
• To recognize child protection issues and adhere to local policy and procedure identified in the clinic.
• To manage own caseload using clinical supervision and collaborative teamwork to help within this process.
• Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the number of client contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week in order to minimize waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or clients in treatment, where appropriate.
• Ensure that the highest standards are maintained in the quality and delivery of Speech and Language Therapy services.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same capacity
• With valid HAAD / DHA license
