The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.


Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SVIP spenders and management:
• Responsible for VIP spenders onboarding and management, and building good relationships with VIP users to ensure high retention rates and improve trust and satisfaction with the platform.
• Conduct user analysis and understanding to better propose VIP service strategies based on user gifting motivations and growth paths.
• Handle daily SVIP operations, providing help, support, and communication to VIP users, and conducting weekly/monthly/dimensional spender data analysis.
• Collaborate with XFN teams to brainstorm and design spender activities, and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.
• Provide strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for TikTok MENA live creator operations based on the MENA region and the live industry itself.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Partnership, Marketing, and Relationship Management roles within the internet, social network, gaming, mobile entertainment, technology, and media and entertainment industries (Preferred Industries).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
• Experience in the local livestreaming industry and understanding of the latest livestreaming trends.
• Team management, bank, or hotel VIP work experience is preferred.
• Candidates who have worked with, or have connections with, SVIP, creators, agencies, media companies, OTT, celebrities, and livestreaming applications are preferred.
• Proven strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Excellent business acumen in emerging technology. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple sensitive and high-profile initiatives simultaneously.
