Sr. Financial Analyst / Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reports to GM
As Finance Manager:
• Annual Budget and monthly Forecasting on time & quality
• Being Financial contact for all inquiries
• Allowance Tracking and control
• Agreeing & controlling sales terms, including Pricing, Trading Terms & Returns
• Tracking & Controlling of Advertising & Promotion expenditure (incl. JMA / Co-op)
• Overheads and Headcount & CAPEX Controlling
• Preparation of all trade allowances and other accruals for accounting by AF SSC Finance
• Work with AF SSC Finance partner to review and sign-off on IFRS Management P&L
• Key actor of IFRS Balance Sheet reviews to ensure that key items are fairly stated
• Involving in external and internal audits and controls
• Controlling of Purchase requisitions as well as finance approval of incoming invoices (via workflow)
• Facilitate Legal, Tax including VAT and statutory matters and audits close together with AF SSC
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects (projects to be aligned with Hasbro Finance Manager)
• Provides target and action driven concise, comprehensive and fact-based financial transparency/analysis close together with Company Heads and the Hasbro Finance Manager
• Ensures continuous maintenance, reporting and management of the respective Risks & Opportunities close together with the Company Heads and the Finance Manager - bringing people and topics together
• Preparation and participation in Business Meetings
• Ensures Actuals are fairly stated and in line with the internal accounting policies, close together with AF SSCs in Dubai

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Bonus on performance

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• Business Administration / Economics / Finance degree or other related fields
• Must have minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proactive and deadline driven
• MS Office, SAP knowledge must
• Advance level of understanding in financial reporting, modelling, and financial accounting (IFRS/Statutory)
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication and teamwork skills.
• Independent and entrepreneurial positive attitude showing the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
